sometimes replacements in the menu based on seasonal availability, and
occasionally we thaw frozen vegetables and mix them with the fresh ones.
FRUIT - very ripe - finely chopped,
grated or mashed, or some fruit is fed separately from regular meals as
a treat, - fruit types such as peaches, nectarines, pears, and
canteloupe etcetera are sometime substitutes in the menu based on
seasonal availability.
A few croutons, unsalted crackers, unsalted breadsticks, or dry toast
bits are also included in all of the meals.
